At Rosera, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality personal care products, cosmetics, and perfumes sourced from trusted European suppliers. As part of our dedication to transparency and compliance with applicable laws, we have outlined our return policy in accordance with Dutch and European Union consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As required by EU law, private customers residing within the European Union are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. This period starts on the day after the product is delivered.

Important Notes:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery. This includes most of the products sold by Rosera (such as skincare, cosmetics, and perfumes).
  • If a product is returned opened, used, or damaged in any way, no refund will be issued.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

If your product qualifies for return, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after receiving your order. You can do this by sending an email to our customer service department, clearly stating:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (optional)

You must return the item(s) at your own expense, using a trackable shipping method, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
  • Not part of a promotional bundle or discounted set

If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, no refund will be issued, and the product will be discarded or returned at your expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, the majority of items sold on Rosera are non-returnable once opened or unsealed, including but not limited to:

  • Perfumes
  • Skincare creams
  • Makeup products
  • Haircare items
  • Hygiene-related tools
5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued only for the product’s value, excluding any original shipping costs or return fees. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. Please include photographic evidence of the issue. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

7. Final Note

As also described in our Terms & Conditions: by placing an order with Rosera, you agree to this return policy and acknowledge that all responsibilities and risks associated with the use, storage, or return of our products rest solely with you as the purchasing party. Rosera assumes no liability for misuse, allergic reactions, or other unintended outcomes.
